1. need to inform local law enforcement about decision of people – general population in the county to adapt new constitution USA, to start to control/improve live of people in the particular county.
2. inform court house and judges about decision of general population in the particular county about implementation- adaption the main principle of new constitution USA, which are: complete control by the general population of the county for all law and regulations in the county.
3. county need to take all power over the land in the county and end all property tax.
This will stop stripping property value from the home – property owners.
4. need to stop – block all state and federal law regulations limiting Americans to get a land to build a house. This will bring more residence into the county , and businesses which need workers will follow shortly after.
5. USA is on the depopulation path and as a fact USA is dieing country because of depopulation. Americans can not afford to have children.
Existing constitution – (the main law) in the USA simply murdering the country.
